About defective returns and exchanges
・We take great care in manufacturing the products, but if you find any defective products, please let us know within one week. We will create it again and replace it. In addition, we will replace damaged items during transportation in the same way. Please note that due to the characteristics of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
-The image of the image you see on your smartphone or PC monitor may differ from the actual print-finished image due to differences in hardware such as LCDs and differences in the software that displays the images. Please note that it will be a problem. In addition, we cannot accept reprints or returns for this reason, so please forgive us.
